This department also implements welfare schemes for orphans, destitute people, beggars, and elderly individuals.
New User Registration Process.
Let’s understand the process of new user registration in simple steps:
- First, open the official website of the e-SamajKalyan Portal https://esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in/.
- After the website opens, if you want to register as a new user, click on the “New User? Please Register Here!” option on the side.
- A new page will open with the User Registration form.
- In this form, enter the following details:
- Name
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Aadhaar Card Number
- Email ID
- Caste
- Mobile Number
- Password
- Captcha Code
- After filling in all the details, click on the “Submit” button.
By following these steps, you can create your account on the portal.
How to Register a New NGO
Let’s understand the process of registering a new NGO:
- First, open the official website of the e-SamajKalyan Portal.
- After the website opens, click on the “New NGO Registration” option on the main page.
- A new page will open with the option to fill in “NGO/Institute Registration Details.”
- Here, fill in all the required details about your organization, such as:
- Full Name of Organization
- Name of Head of the Organization (HOD)
- Organization Type
- Establishment Date
- Mobile Number
- Organization Registration Number
- Email ID
- PAN/TAN Number
- Password
- After filling in the details, enter the captcha code and click on the “Register” button.
By following these steps, any organization or new NGO can complete the registration process.
How to Check Application Status
Here’s how you can check the status of your application:
- First, open the official website of the portal.
- After the website opens, click on the “Your Application Status” option on the main page.
- On the next page, enter your “Application Number” and “Date of Birth,” then click the “Check Status” button.
- This way, you can see the status of your application.
How to Recover Forgot User ID and Password
If you have forgotten your User ID or Password, follow these steps to recover them:
- Open the official website of the e-SamajKalyan Gujarat Portal.
- After the website opens, go to the login section on the main page and click on “Forgot Password?” or “Forgot User ID?” (I will explain for Forgot Password here).
- Enter your User ID and click on the “Send OTP” button.
- You will receive an OTP on your mobile. Enter the OTP and click “Submit.”
